A kitchen that sees its tickets, not one that guesses them.

Every ticket appears on its station's screen the moment the server sends it — with timers running, clear priorities and no paper tickets getting lost at the pass.

Tickets by station, with time in plain sight.

Hot line, cold line, bar, desserts: every dish reaches the station it belongs to, with the table, the server's notes and its elapsed time. The kitchen marks progress and the status is visible to the whole team.

  • An ordered queue instead of paper slips on a rail
  • Changes and cancellations recorded, not shouted
  • Works alongside ticket printers if your operation prefers them

The expediter stops coordinating from memory.

At peak hour, knowing what went out, what's missing and how long each table has been waiting is the difference between a smooth service and a kitchen running on shouts. The KDS puts that information in front of everyone.

And since it's part of the same system, every dish prepared also feeds the inventory and cost.

No special hardware.

The KDS runs in the browser: a tablet, a monitor with a basic computer, or the compatible equipment you already have in the kitchen. During implementation we define how many stations you need and what hardware covers them.

If the internet goes down, tickets keep reaching the kitchen in offline mode.
