Daniel Ramonfaur started out in restaurant operations. He watched owners make six-figure monthly decisions based on intuition and Excel reports nobody read. It struck him as absurd.

He built Fullsite first for a real restaurant — AMALAY, in Monterrey. For more than two years, Fullsite’s agents have analyzed that restaurant’s sales, flagged fraud, optimized the menu and delivered a briefing every morning at 7 AM.

Today he leads Fullsite as founder and CEO, opening the platform so any restaurant can operate with the same level of intelligence: point of sale, kitchen, cash, inventory and recipes connected to a system that answers questions in seconds and keeps working when the internet goes down.
