Terms and Conditions

1. Description of the service

Fullsite provides a point-of-sale (POS) system with operational artificial intelligence designed for restaurants. The service includes POS software, 26 autonomous AI agents, an analytics dashboard, communication bots (WhatsApp and Telegram), an inventory system and automated reports.

2. Price and payment terms

• Monthly fee per location: as set out in the current commercial proposal accepted by the client, charged on the 1st of each month
• One-time setup: as set out in the current commercial proposal (one time only, upon activation)
• Accepted payment methods: bank transfer or credit/debit card
• A CFDI 4.0 invoice is issued automatically each month

Prices are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include VAT (IVA). Fullsite reserves the right to adjust prices with 60 days' prior written notice.

3. Term and cancellation

The service is contracted month to month, with no minimum commitment. The client may cancel at any time with at least 30 days' notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Satisfaction guarantee

The applicable satisfaction, refund and cancellation conditions are established in the current commercial proposal accepted by the client.

5. Client obligations

• Provide truthful and up-to-date information for the configuration of the service
• Maintain the confidentiality of access credentials
• Use the service in accordance with the applicable laws of Mexico
• Make payments in due time and form

6. Fullsite obligations

• Keep the service available with a target uptime of 99.5%
• Provide technical support via WhatsApp with a response time of under 2 hours during business hours
• Protect client data in accordance with the Privacy Notice
• Include updates and new agents at no additional cost

7. Intellectual property

All Fullsite software, algorithms, AI models, trademarks and materials are the exclusive property of Fullsite. The client obtains a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the service for its duration. The restaurant's operational data remains the property of the client at all times.

8. Limitation of liability

Fullsite shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of the service. Fullsite's total liability shall in no case exceed the amount paid by the client in the last 3 months of service. Fullsite does not guarantee specific sales or savings results.

9. Suspension of the service

Fullsite may suspend the service in the event of non-payment for more than 15 calendar days, misuse of the system, or breach of these terms. The client will be notified in writing before any suspension.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, waiving any other venue to which they might be entitled.

11. Modifications

Fullsite reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
